Secured in competitive tender; following recommendation from the 02 centre after completing their customer toilet area adjacent to the unit, this enable us to have the opportunity of working closely with the designer / architect and client to successfully delivered this project. The fit out consisted minor strip out, enabling works, drainage connection, M&E, plumbing, kitchen install, BOH store rooms, staff wc, full height wall linings / partitions, spraying out exposed ceiling, timber / tiled flooring, wall finishes, decorations, entrance shutter, together with counter, seating, signage. |
